EPHA will bring together national and EU policy-makers; international, European and national agencies; public health networks, non-governmental organisations; and academics from across the EU to discuss issues affecting the European public health arena such as:

  • Putting people, public health and well-being at the heart of EU policy-making.
  • The impact of austerity in public health systems, and proposals to address this impact.
  • The importance of increasing the efficiency and sustainability of healthcare systems through enhanced innovation and research.
  • The economic weight of the health sector as an engine for wealth and job creation, investment and growth.
  • The role of good governance to improve national health systems.
  • The need to break the cycle of inequalities through committed leadership and inclusive growth.

EPHA Annual Conference 2013 will also:

- Present EPHA’’s new Think Tank – EPHA Health Futures

- Conduct a public EPHA Master Class on the topic of “Challenges for public health civil society – governance, participation and financial sustainability.”

- Present EPHA’S Manifesto on the European Parliament elections

  • This event is FREE for EPHA members.
  • For non-EPHA participants the fee to attend our Annual Conference is €100 per person (€140 including EPHA Master Class on 5 September afternoon).
  • The fee for economic operators is €280 per person.

Spaces are limited and given on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, EPHA is offering an exhibition opportunity (stand) at a fee of €1900 for a single or €3000 for a double pitch. Click here if you are an EPHA Member for information regarding stands.

Some of the benefits included in the partnership are the promotion of your organisation on the event’s website and the programme’s booklet, as well as opportunities to display your flyer in the event’s programme.

We also offer a General sponsorship for €10,000 that, among other benefits, includes the addition of your organisation’s material in the participants’ folder and the inclusion of your logo on the programme.
