Announcement: 3rd International Sanitary Engineering Symposium in Croatia

EPHA member the Croatian Association for Sanitary Engineering – Chamber of Sanitary Engineers and Technicians will be co-organising the ’’3rd International Scientific and Technical Symposium on Sanitary Engineering’’ on 10-12 November in Opatija, Croatia. The event will provide an opportunity to discuss the latest developments in the field of sanitary engineering and to learn about its links to public health.


The official website of the 3rd International Scientific and Technical Symposium "Sanitary Engineering" is now available in English. The IST Symposium will be held in Opatija (Croatia) and has developed into one of the most important meetings of scholars and experts in the field of sanitary engineering in South-East Europe, held in three-year intervals. All interested parties are invited to contribute to the conference, which will cover various issues ranging from new perspectives on sanitary engineering and related branches to broader public health questions in light of Croatia’s upcoming EU accession.

Please note that the call for abstracts is open until 5 September 2011 in accordance with the instructions available on the Symposium website. Early bird registration is open until 20 September 2011.
