The European Commission asked for stakeholder views on its report on the application of the Directive on Intellectual Property Enforcement.
The consultation asked stakeholders for their views on the enforcement of Application of Directive 2004/48/EC on the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
This is particularly relevant for medicines and other pharmaceutical products.

The Seventh Global Health Policy Forum took place on 15 April 2010 at DG Development. It presented the Communication on "The EU Role in Global Health", the newest Action for Global Health`s policy report "2010: Reality Check", as well as an agenda for the upcoming 63rd session of the World Health Assembly.
