PLAN’EAT
PLAN’EAT aims to foster the transition to healthy and sustainable dietary behaviour through an in-depth understanding of its underlying factors and drivers. It will design effective recommendations, tools and interventions targeting food systems. PLAN’EAT will implement an evidence-based, multi-actor, multi-layered and systemic approach at macro (food system), meso (food environment) and micro (individual) levels.
Various socio-cultural and geographic contexts will be considered by implementing nine Living Labs in different European areas, four pan-European food value chains and a Policy Lab.
PLAN’EAT is an applied research project that aims to:
Better understand how environmental, social, cultural and individual factors affect people’s food choices.
Co-design interventions to effectively reverse trends in dietary behaviour.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe Research and Innovation programme under Grant Agreement n° 101061023.
EPHA is a project partner.
