This timely event will explore the challenges and opportunities for cross- border collaborations and focus on concrete recommendations to improve access to health technologies considering the fast-growing prices of cancer treatments.

On this occasion, the ECL Access to Medicines Task Force (A2M) will launch a paper on cross-border collaboration and joint procurement initiatives in the field of medicines, which includes recommendations to re-energize existing initiatives and start new ones building on the lessons learnt from the EU’s vaccine procurement.

This event is organised by the Association of European Cancer Leagues (ECL), the European Fair Pricing Network (EFPN), and the European Public Health Alliance (EPHA), with the support of the European Parliament’s MEPs Against Cancer (MAC).
