A new discussion paper from EPHA Roma Health Fellow, Alin Ionut Banu, examines the role of NGOs at European, national and local level in Oltenia, in the south-west of Romania in the policy-making process and identifies recommendations for decision-makers at European and national level, and Roma NGOs themselves, to ensure the voice of Roma is heard.
